Snorkelling on ningaloo reef

One of the other amazing experiences that you get staying so close to the Ningaloo reef  is the opportunity to snorkel

We snorkelled at 4 of the sites along Yardie Creek road, the Drift loop, Turqouise bay, Lakeside and the oyster stacks. We were fortunate to see a stingray (above

Lots of beautiful coral

Various fish

We both really enjoyed our time snorkeling

At times the swell was a bit exhausting , so we just got out rested and got back in.

It was amazing seeing. All the different coloured fish ,i was besotted with the one above as it was actually rainbow coloured depending on the light and i just loved seeing all the schools of fish swimming together.

i also had the opportunity to see this gorgeous starfish. All the photos have been taken with our GOPRO, which neither of us are experts using, so we pretty much just videoed what we seen and I screen shotted photos for the blog.

Sadly we didn't see any turtles whilst we were snorkelling  , but they were definitely around.

I would highly recommend taking the opportunity to snorkel at Ningaloo

Until the next blog
